We would like to welcome you to our fine holiday villa on the Atlantic coast in France.
Les Sables d'Olonne is characterised by its unique location directly on the ocean and its many hours of sunshine, beautiful promenade and great beach.
The house is easily accessible via the French motorways, but also by train, and equipped with every luxury, including a heated and fenced private swimming pool, for a successful stay in a surprisingly versatile environment.

Private pool
The private heated pool in the garden is fenced with a beech hedge. Next to the private pool are several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The private pool has weekly cleaning.

The park
The park has plenty of facilities including a 24/7 reception, public swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, children's playground, small supermarket and an excellent restaurant. The park is guarded and is virtually free of traffic due to the one-way road so it creates a quiet and safe environment for you and your children.

Villa Vendée
Located on the largest and highest plot of Résidence Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne, you will find a heated and securely fenced private pool with outdoor shower in the very spacious garden.
Interior
Besides the ultimate privacy offered, the villa is distinguished by its luxurious and complete furnishings, including comfortable black leather sofas and chairs, a more than fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances. But also a widescreen LED smart TV and an excellent WIFI connection are not lacking.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Four bedrooms, two with double bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds. Two luxury fitted bathrooms with double sinks and shower, downstairs bathroom also with bath. Stair gate for child safety.

- Book directly with the owner.
- Minimum stay of 5 days.
- Between 15 June and 19 October, stay only from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrivals from 17:00, departures before 10:00.
Prices do not include
- Service package with made beds, towels and kitchen package: € 27 p.p.
- Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (17 years or older).
- A deposit of € 500 on arrival (cash or credit card).
- Final cleaning of the villa € 160.

Early check-in / late check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee of €50 (on request outside high season only).

From April to October it is possible to heat the pool for a fee of €150 per week.

A three-kilometre-long sandy beach and numerous water sports opportunities await you in Les Sables d'Olonne. It is one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Atlantic coast in the Vendée region. The town itself is cosy, on one side of the port is the centre La Chaume, across the water is the first beach and kilometres of pleasant boulevards with shops, cafés and restaurants.

In the beautiful surroundings, you will find various activities such as: golf courses, surf school, sailing school, zoo, casinos, paintball, go-kart track, hippodrome, shops, restaurants, marina and skydiving. The park itself offers: tennis court, playground, large communal swimming pool, miniature golf, table tennis tables, restaurant, football pitch, bakery, snack bar and a bicycle rental service.
